Re-establishing the pelvis' integrity is generally not the problem. The difficulty is that the pelvis does not stay in its true position. It requires self-help work to gain stability.
In addition, even in the acute pain stage of your back having just given way, and having caused you to flounder and suffer the indignity of being unable to move, you may still perform and/or get help from a friend or partner to assist you to perform, the special techniques outlined in this unique manual to realign the pelvis. Thereby, helping you to recover much more quickly than it would be as in the normal circumstance.
You cannot do harm with these simple techniques. If after performing them, and you are much relieved and after a few days or weeks things go terribly wrong pain-wise, it is not because of the use of these techniques. It is for the following reasons:

You need to try harder and more frequently the operation of the techniques. Do not be afraid of this because the techniques applied need to "break through" muscular contraction to re-align the pelvis again. And, always re-assess. (See chapter four) |

You shopuld follow-up by having the whole spine re-aligned by an Osteopath or Chiropractor-but you are the one who can deal with the pelvis, and the total results will be excellent for you health-wise. |

After this, if there is still discomfort even when the pelvis is aligned, you should consult your physician to have your spine x-rayed should there be a pathological reason for your back-pain |
